Founded in 2009 by Ibn-Hashim Bakari, Lights & Sirens International began through an international basketball tournament paired with humanitarian aid in the Dominican Republic. Learn about the work we’re committed to in our community and how we work to address the conflict between law enforcement and the minority community in our two-part documentary series.
