Providence, Cranston donate seized ATVs to police in Dominican Republic

The cities of Providence and Cranston are donating seized ATVs to the Dominican Republic for use by the country's National Police.
The collaboration includes the nonprofit Lights & Sirens International.
Officials from both cities and dignitaries from the Dominican Republic made remarks about the donation at a news conference Thursday.
